27th Annual Barrington Invitational Soccer Tournament
November 10 – 11, 2007
The 1000+ young soccer players in our community will

Early registration – Thursday, Nov. 8, 7:00 – 8:30
pm at Barrington High School, front lobby. (Lincoln Ave.
entrance).
Registration materials:
- Certified Team Roster, if not already submitted to
us
- Non-RI teams - Proof of Age for each player - birth
certificate or players pass
- Medical Release Form - 1 per player, please use our
form.
Registration - Sat. Nov. 10, from 7 to 10 a.m.

TAP-IN Food Drive ("Touch A Person In Need.")
Join us to help our neighbors in need. We are asking
each soccer player to bring two canned food items to
the BIT. The teams that collect the most food will be
rewarded with a team pizza or ice cream party on Sunday.
Leaf Bags marked with team names will be located at the
field of the team’s 1st game. Sat. only, winners
will be posted on Sunday! The tournament could raise
as much as two tons of food! TAP-IN is a volunteer organization
helping people in need, serving the East Bay area of
East Providence, Warren, Bristol, and Barrington.

Jersey’s, Dick’s
Sporting Goods $50 Gift Certificates, and diamond earrings. Prizes
include URI Men’s Soccer and Providence College
Women’s Soccer Team Jersey, signed by team members;
RI Stingrays Jersey and signed team ball, and kid’s
jerseys such as USA/Donovan, Manchester United and
Brazil. Tickets are 2 for $5, 5 - $10, 12 for $20.
Raffle will be at the High School.
- “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle” BIT has teamed with Gold Sponsor RI Resource Recovery to promote recycling. Stop by one of the booths to pick up a free “reusable” water bottle and be sure to toss your empties in the bright blue bins!
- Tournament T-Shirts On sale for $15. The 2007 design was selected from submissions from the Barrington High School Graphic Design classes.

On Saturday morning a representative from the Providence
Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau will be at
Headquarters distributing visitor packets that include
maps, destination guides, and discount coupons.
